Kaizer Chiefs had a break in the CAF Champions League after a poor start to the season but this Wednesday they resume domestic action with a Premier Soccer League (PSL) clash against Black Leopards. Both sides have not enjoyed a good start to the PSL campaign and Chiefs go here with five points from five matches and are placed 13th while Leopards are 15th with three points. Chiefs are coming from a successful two-legged tie in the Champions League against PWD de Bamenda of Cameroon and they will be seeking a first win in four PSL matches when they welcome Leopards. In their last five matches, Chiefs have one win only and they have failed to score in five of their last seven matches, while they have scored more than one goal in just one of the last nine. Their last 10 matches have produced three wins and four clean sheets and in their last five league matches, Chiefs have managed two clean sheets and two losses. The team’s levels have sunk badly, and it has not been made any easier with a transfer ban on the side.
