Juventus are in turmoil once again, and there’s no time to catch a breath; they will be at home to tackle Zenit in Group H as the UEFA Champions League enters Match Day 4. They lead the group with nine points while Zenit are third on three points. Juventus are coming from a 2-1 defeat by Verona, their third straight winless outing and second straight loss. They haven’t scored more than a goal in their last seven matches and this is one area they are seriously short in. They are however doing much better in Europe; in the last 10 matches, they’ve won eight, including the 1-0 victory away to Zenit. At home they have four straight wins in the Champions League and this will be their fourth meeting with Zenit. In the earlier three, Juventus have two wins, a draw and three clean sheets.

Zenit have done well in their last two matches, winning both, but here they will need a bit more to bag three points. They have no clean sheet in the last five matches, and just one in the last 10 and go here with three losses in their last five matches. In the last two matches, they’ve scored two or more goals and after three straight home matches they will need to turn on the style away from home. Zenit have managed just one win in the last five away games. In the Champions League, they have a win and eight losses in 10 and away from home they’ve lost six straight.
