Istanbul Basaksehir will be at home to take on Sporting Lisbon as they try to save their shaky Europa League campaign, following a 3-1 away loss in Lisbon. Basaksehir warmed up to this clash with a 2-1 away win against Rizespor in the Super Lig but it will be a bigger task taking on Sporting, whose 2-0 win over Boavista elevated them to four unbeaten matches. Basaksehir have just that one loss against Sporting in their last five matches but one thing they will be wary about is their defence, which has kept just one clean sheet in the last six matches. They managed to scrape through the group stage with three wins out of six, but winning just one of the three at home, will sure have them concerned. In their most recent home game in the competition, Basaksehir lost 3-0 at home to Roma. They need at least a 2-0 win here to proceed but in their last four home matches in the competition, they have failed to score more than one goal. Domestically, they have done well at home though, with a run of 12 unbeaten matches, and they go here with three straight wins, but that may not count for much.

Sporting have lesser worries going to this game and after a 3-1 first leg win. They will be comfortable knowing that in only two of their last 15 matches have they lost by a margin of two or more goals. They have failed to score in just three of their last 15 matches and they will be looking to score at least once here to kill off this tie. They are unbeaten in their last four matches and have scored two or more in three of those. However, they have had issues playing away from home, and head here winless in their last three away matches, having lost two. In the Europa League, they have just one win in the last four away matches and will be genuinely concerned as they head to Turkey. They lost 3-0 to LASK in their last away match in the competition and a repeat of this will see them exit the competition. In five away Europa League matches, Sporting have managed just one clean sheet.
