Ireland are just 90 minutes away from qualifying for Euro 2016 which will hopefully be held in France next year. They managed to get a 1-1 draw away in Bosnia-Herzegovina on Friday and that certainly puts them in a great position to qualify. Ireland managed to finish third in their group mainly because of their home form. They remained unbeaten and that included a win over Germany and draws with Poland and Scotland. Bosnia-Herzegovina did the same in their group with impressive form at home but it was accompanied by some poor results away from home. That included two losses in Belgium and Israel conceding three goals in both of those matches. Another big bonus for Ireland is the fact that they have an away goal which could prove decisive. A 0-0 draw would see them qualify but playing for that is far too risky. I take them to get a narrow win here and reach the finals next year.
