Ipswich Town host Rotherham United in the Championship on Tuesday night with the Tractor Boys back in the thick of the race for the automatic promotion spots to the Premier League. Two wins in a week, a thumping 4-0 win at Millwall followed by an equally impressive 2-1 away win at Swansea City at the weekend saw Ipswich remain fourth spot in the table, but they are now just a point behind Southampton and three behind second-placed Leeds United, over whom they have a game in hand. The Suffolk side have lost just four games this season in the league and they should be very confident of picking up the points here against the bottom team in the division. Ipswich have the 6th best home record in the Championship this season and their 37 goals scored at home ranks third out of all teams in the division. 

Rotherham United come into this game in a dire situation. Bottom of the table and ten points adrift of Sheffield Wednesday directly above them, they are 15 points behind Millwall in 21st position and they have won just three games this season, none on the road. In fact, the Millers have picked up just four points from their 15 league games away from home this season. The visitors have also lost all of their last four games in the Championship and it looks as near a certainty as possible that they will be playing League One football next season. With 37 goals conceded on the road and just 9 scored, this is a team that will be dreading the long trip to Portman Road on Tuesday night.
