The opening round of qualifying games for this year’s Conference league commences among others with Inter Turku hosting Kosovar team FK Drita for the first leg of the tie. The home team are fourth in the Finnish top division, with the latest defeat to Lahti interrupting an eight game unbeaten run. They have managed to score in all of their past nine games yet their defence has let them down, managing to keep just two clean sheets in the above run, and one of them being in a routine 10-0 win against the team’s reserves. Inter are pretty strong at home however, being unbeaten in their last five and scoring an impressive twenty goals in the process.

FK Drita are still in pre-season after concluding their duties a month ago. After finishing the league in second place and losing the cup final to Llapi, they have had a positive image in the three friendly games they have given so far, with two wins and a draw. They tend to struggle for wins away from home however, having won just once in their past seven games on the road. They have also kept just two clean sheets in those games, yet can draw encouragement from the fact that they have also scored in seven of their last away games.
