Eastern Conference leaders Inter Miami take to the field against playoff-chasing Philadelphia who are sitting in 11th place. Let’s get into our prediction for this MLS match between the Herons and the Union. 

It’s been a superb year for Inter Miami who have lived up to the hype so far. They’ve built up an eight-point lead over second-place Cincinnati in the East and a seven-point lead over the LA Galaxy in the Supporters’ Shield race.

Inter now takes to the field following a comprehensive 4-1 away win over Chicago. It was the team’s second win in a row after their Leagues Cup round of 16 exit, and also marked their fourth consecutive league victory.

The Herons are on a fantastic run in the MLS as they’ve now racked up eight wins from their last nine outings.

It’s been a hugely disappointing year for Philadelphia, who have usually been consistent title contenders since 2019.
