Hungary failed by four points to automatically qualify from their group. A 1-0 win in Norway on Thursday has certainly put them in the driving seat to reach France. A first half goal from debutant Lazlo Kleinheisler gave them that vital lead to take into the home leg. That goal was really against the way the game was played with constant pressure from Norway throughout the game. They forced 16 corners and had the same number of goal attempts but they just couldn't find a way past the Hungarian defence. Hungary will expect more possession (it was only 42% in the first leg) now they are at home and they had a good home record in the qualifiers with two wins, two draws and a loss to Northern Ireland in the opening qualifying match. Norway won away against the lesser teams in their group but ended up in the play-offs because of a 5-1 loss in Croatia and 2-1 away in Italy. That away form isn't promising at all and I go for Hungary to finish the tie off with a win here.
