Burnley have already got themselves promoted back to the Premier League at the first attempt, now it's the turn of Hull City to do their best to follow them. It's the final of the Championship play-offs and the team who finished third and should be in the Premier League are nowhere to be seen, yes I'm not a fan of the play-offs not one bit. Sheffield Wednesday finished in sixth place 15 points behind Brighton and Hove Albion but managed to beat them in the play-offs to earn a shot of getting into the Premier League. This potential top flight side have still only won one of their last eight games and that was against a Brighton side hit by injuries and up against a side who had played a reserve team the weekend before. Their two games against Hull City both ended in draws. Hull finished nine points clear of Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship and beat Derby in the semi-finals winning 3-0 away and then losing 2-0 at home. They are in better form with two defeats in the last nine and have more experience of the big occasion. I go for Hull City to get the win and clinch promotion back to the Premier League.
