Huddersfield Town start the week in 14th place but more importantly are only two points above the bottom three. Consecutive games at home to Liverpool and away to Manchester United at the weekend could see them slip into the bottom three soon. Town have gone four home league games without a win and it's at the John Smith's Stadium that they need to be getting points considering a run of just five points from their last 11 away league matches. Goals continue to be a problem and in terms of league goals they have only scored 19 which is only one more than Mo Salah has scored in the Premier League this season. In their last home league game, Huddersfield went down 4-1 to West Ham and that doesn't bode well for this match. Liverpool have a big week ahead of them with this game being followed by a home match against fifth placed Spurs at the weekend. A couple of wins would see them five points clear of fifth as they bid to finish in the top four. At least there's no VAR in this game which had a big influence on their match with WBA at the weekend. Their defence is still a problem but not so much as that of Huddersfield's who have conceded 41 in the league this season. Go for Liverpool to get back on track for a top four finish with an away win.
