Huddersfield had some shock wins last season but still only finished two places above the bottom three. It's going to be another long hard season for them and they start off with a home game against Chelsea and have to travel to Manchester City next weekend. Goals were the big problem last year with only 28 scored in the league so you wonder why their new record signing Terence Kongolo is a defender. Huddersfield lost eight home games last season and this previewer can't see them staying up this season.
Chelsea have had plenty of problems in pre-season with Maurizio Sarri now in charge and rumours of top players leaving the club. They disappointed in their Community Shield game against Manchester City and it'll be interesting to see how their new boss approaches this game with his promise of attacking football. Chelsea still have a decent squad and look too strong for Huddersfield at least, so back them to win this match but harder tasks lie ahead.
