The Bundesliga title race is settled, but there’s still a lot to play for with some key games lined up for this weekend. On Saturday, fourth-placed Leipzig travel to Heidenheim, placed 10th for their Round 30 game. Despite their high placing, Heidenheim’s stay in the Bundesliga isn’t assured yet. They have 34 points, and will need about seven more to be guaranteed of staying up, as things stand. Heidenheim conceded late against Bochum in their last game, which ended 1-1. That result denied them a second straight win for only the second time this season. While their performance hasn’t been great, Heidenheim’s first ever Bundesliga season hasn’t been shady. The focus at the moment is trained on staying up, and that, so far, is happening. They come here seeking a fifth straight unbeaten outing. Their only win in the last eight matches was against deposed champions, Bayern Munich. Heidenheim's form against Leipzig is however a key impediment to their targets for this game. This season in the Bundesliga, Leipzig have nine more wins than Heidenheim, and come here seeking their 18th win this season. The visitors will have incentive to go for three points, going to this game tied on 56 points with fifth placed Borussia Dortmund. It is a tight race for the top four, even though there’s a chance for five teams to progress to the Champions League next season. Leipzig are keen on taking the safest option and will no doubt be going for a win here to stay fourth. Key to them coming here as favorites is their recent run – unbeaten in six league matches, with five wins. In four of those wins, Leipzig scored at least three goals.
