They are winless after three matches and with just one point, picked from an earlier draw with leaders France. With most goals in the group, Netherlands need just a draw to go top of the group and they will sure go for more than that in this game, after years of struggling which has seen them also miss out on two major tournaments. Germany on their part is seeking transition from the world conquering team of the last four years but they have won just one of their last six competitive matches – a late win over Sweden at the World Cup. They have lost their rhythm and have managed just two clean sheets in the last 13 matches and they take on a Dutch side that has scored in each of the last eight matches. Netherlands have however failed to win any of their last four away matches, drawing three and losing one but they have scored in each of the eight away as well.
