Germany vs France Prediction & Betting Tips - International Friendlies
by Kennedy Kechula in Football Predictions
Germany will seek to get back to winning ways on Tuesday when they host France in a friendly match. The two nations have played each other 32 times with France managing 17 victories to Germany’s 15. Germany arrive for this match off the back of a humiliating 4-1 defeat by Japan on Saturday. The loss was their third on the trot and extended their run without a win to five matches. This proved to be the final straw for the four-time world champions as under-fire coach Hansi Flick was sacked on Sunday. Former coach and player Rudi Voller takes over on an interim basis and will be in charge against France. Flick’s tumultuous spell in charge ended with Germany recording just four victories in their last 17 games. The three-time European champions will host next year’s Euros and have been playing build-up matches to help prepare. Leroy Sane scored against Japan with his goal being Germany’s only strike in the last three outings.
France are unbeaten in the last six meetings with Germany. They have won four times in this run including in their last two fixtures. With their current form coupled with Germany’s struggles, Didier Deschamps's men will be confident of a third successive victory. Les Bleus have won five matches on the trot and have done so without conceding a goal. Their last defeat was in the World Cup final last year in Qatar. All five matches have been played in Euro qualifying where France have a nine-point cushion at the top of Group B. France were 2-0 winners over the Republic of Ireland in their last match on Thursday at home. Olivier Giroud, who has scored twice against Germany, was injured in the first half against Ireland and could miss on Tuesday.

Our Germany vs France Prediction
Our prediction for Germany v France is for the match to produce under 2.5 goals. Germany are finding it hard to score goals at the moment. We expect this to continue as they come up against a France team with five successive clean sheets. France on the other hand haven’t been rampant in attack which is why we settle for a low-scoring outcome here.
