Galatasaray will host Molde on Tuesday in the return match of their UEFA Champions League playoff tie. The hosts lead this qualifier 3-2 on aggregate after the first leg hosted by Molde last week. The winner at the end of this match on aggregate will qualify for the group stages. Galatasaray only need a draw here to progress to end a three-year hiatus from the group stages. They came from a goal down to win the first leg, scoring a stoppage-time winner. The match extended their current unbeaten run to seven games. Five of those matches have ended in victory including their last three. Gala did not play in the Super Lig over the weekend and therefore have had a full week to prepare for this match.

Molde have also had a full week’s preparation since the first leg. This should help in their quest to win by two clear goals in order to progress. The Norwegian side have struggled with inconsistency. They have managed only one win in their last five outings and have lost twice. Erling Moe’s charges have lost every first-leg match they have played in the Champions League this season. The first two were away and having the return match at home played to their advantage.
