Galatasaray will resume their journey to be crowned Champions of the Super Lig when they welcome 8th-placed Fatih Karagumruk to the NEF Stadyumu on Sunday evening. The hosts currently lead the league by six points from Fenerbahce in second place. The visitors are eighth, five points behind the three sides above them, who are all tied on 45 points, separated only by goal difference. Fatih Karagumruk also won their last match, a 4-2 triumph over Umraniyespor, which takes their recent record to three wins, two draws, and one loss in their last six matches. The visitors have been very good on the road in recent weeks too, unbeaten in their last six away matches with a record of three wins and three losses. Fatih Karagumruk have been unable to beat this opponent in their last four attempts, outscored 6-2 in that time, and while they can't realistically compete for much more than a top-five finish this season, the visitors will relish the opportunity of potentially taking points off the side that are favourites to win the title.
