Fulham vs Leeds Prediction & Betting Tips - FA Cup
by Devesh Jaganath | in FA Cup Predictions
The FA Cup fifth round will take centre stage this week, with Leeds making the trip to West London to take on Fulham in what should be an entertaining match for the neutrals. Leeds has been struggling for consistency in the Premier League and come into this match off the back of a four-match run without a win. They’re currently in 17th place in the league, just one point above the sides in the relegation zone, courtesy of a 1-0 victory over bottom-club Southampton last weekend. Leeds beat Accrington Stanley in the last round but required two legs to get past Cardiff in the third round. Coming up against an in-form Fulham will be a difficult task for the Peacocks, but with nothing to lose, they will play their usual free-flowing football which could prove tricky for the opposition.
Fulham has been one of the surprise packages this season and continues to defy the odds in the top half of the table. After salvaging a 1-1 draw in their last match to Wolverhampton Wanderers, Fulham has now gone six matches since they last tasted defeat. Their excellent form has also seen them climb to sixth in the Premier League, just two points behind Newcastle in the Europa League qualification spot. After dispatching Hull in their opener, Fulham required two legs to overcome a resilient Sunderland side that pushed them to the final whistle. This will be another test for the Cottagers, but they have the confidence and form to come away with the win in this one.

Our Fulham vs Leeds Prediction
Both these sides love playing attacking football, which does leave them vulnerable to conceding. Therefore, it comes as little surprise to see that five of their last six games have seen three or more goals scored. We expect a similar situation this time around, as both teams will go all out to book their place in the next round. Our Fulham v Leeds prediction is over 2.5 goals.
