Fiorentina are unbeaten in their last five Serie A games and have a good chance of making it six with a home win over Udinese. After a couple of straight losses in October to championship chasing Roma and Napoli, Fiorentina won three games in a row but have drawn their last two. Home form is impressive with five wins out of seven but they have only won one of their last three. 15 goals at home shows that they can really hit top form when they want to and that would cause severe problems for Udinese. The visitors are 11th in the table and only five points above the relegation zone. Recent form has been good though with a home win over Sampdoria and a 3-2 win at Chievo last weekend but both those sides are in the bottom half of the table and Chievo in particular are going through a poor spell at present. Away from home Udinese have won three games but also lost three including recent defeats at Roma and Napoli. That indicates that they struggle when away to the very best teams in Serie A and that should be the case here with a home win for Fiorentina.
