Fiorentina are 15th in the table and three points above their opponents who with one game to go are in the final relegation spot. If teams finish level on points then it goes down to head-to-head records and a Genoa win here would take them above Fiorentina as the reverse fixture ended goalless. Genoa are two points behind Empoli and three adrift of Fiorentina and Udinese. They have to win this game or their relegation to Serie B will be confirmed. Empoli are away to Inter and Udinese travel to Cagliari but a win here will save them. They last won a league game on March 17 when causing a big shock with a home victory over Juventus. Since then they have earned just four points from nine league games. On their travels, Genoa have gone eight league games without a win. They have only won two away matches, both against sides in the bottom four. A bet on under 2.5 goals is the recommended bet for this game.
