K-League powerhouses Jeonbuk Motors travel to Seoul this Saturday aiming to bounce back from a recent defeat. Reigning champions of the top flight, Jeonbuk are top of the table with nine points after four games but lost their most recent match away to Gangwon. Midtable Seoul are seventh on six points and also wish to get back to winning ways after their 1-0 defeat at home to Seongnam. They face a tough task against Jeonbuk, a task that they haven't accomplished since 2016. In that time, they have faced Jeonbuk on seven occasions, failing to win any. The sample size of data is small this early in the season so it's worth looking at last season's results for an indication of how this could go. Seoul finished third in the championship round of the season with a decent home record of eight wins, six draws and five defeats. As one might expect from the title winners, Jeonbuk were truly impressive away from home, boasting a league-best record of 10-7-1. That record included a 2-0 win in Seoul.
