Ninth-place FC Dallas will look to keep hold of their play-in spot when they host the second-place Seattle Sounders on Saturday. A streak of only one win in their last six league fixtures has Dallas barely holding on to a potential spot in the postseason. As things currently stand, they would qualify for the play-in and would have to defeat eighth-place San Jose to claim the final playoff spot. That streak is even worse if accounting for their Leagues Cup performance which saw them eliminated in the group stage after back-to-back losses.
