The winners of this tie are likely to meet Braga, who currently hold a 5-0 lead over Nacional, in the final. The hosts have been in good form in recent weeks, and following their 3-2 win against Martimo over the weekend, Famalico have recorded five wins in their last six matches and come into this one on a three-match winning streak. Owing to their solid run of form, Famalicao have gotten themselves into sixth place in the Primeira Liga and are eyeing up a European Cup qualification spot with five games left in the regular season. The hosts have also been very good at Estadio Municipal 22 de Junho this season and have a record of seven wins, one draw, and two losses in their last 10 home matches in all competitions.
