Everton vs Leicester Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

The weekend went well for Everton with the three teams below them all failing to win their games. They remain 17th in the table and host Leicester who are ninth in the Premier League. Everton ended the weekend (one in which they didn't have a game) three points clear of 18th placed Burnley and with a game in hand. They are six ahead of Watford but have two games in hand. Everton have some tough fixtures ahead though with the next four seeing them play Leicester home and away plus a trip to Anfield and Chelsea at home. Just finishing above the bottom three is their target and this is their best opportunity of getting three points. They have won three of their last five home league games and had three clean sheets in those matches. 

Leicester's best chance of making it into European football next season seems to be winning the Europa Conference League. Seventh in the Premier League will be enough to qualify but City are 12 points behind West Ham, though they do have three games in hand. Sunday saw them lose 2-1 at Newcastle and that was their eighth away league loss of the season. Away form has been a problem with only one Premier League win in their last ten played with three of the last five lost. Leicester do keep getting on the scoresheet on their travels. They have scored in all but two of their last 22 away Premier League games, only failing to score at Liverpool and Arsenal. Go for both teams to score in this game.
