Brighton will be out to get back to winning ways when they travel to play Everton on Saturday in the Premier League. After 11 rounds of play, Brighton are seventh and Everton 15th in the table. Everton have seen an upturn in fortunes in recent weeks and have been able to claw their way from the relegation zone. After starting the season without a win in their opening five games, the Toffees have now won three of their last five fixtures. They were 1-0 winners away to West Ham last time out in the league. The Blues would follow this up with a decisive 3-0 victory over Burnley in midweek in the League Cup. Everton have now amassed 10 points and sit five points above the drop zone.

Brighton are struggling at the moment and have won only once in their last seven outings. They have lost three times in this unwanted run with two of those victories coming in the league. But as they have won in their last two visits to Goodison Park, they will be confident of getting back to winning ways. The Seagulls were eliminated from the League Cup before this week’s fixtures and therefore have had a full week to prepare. Roberto De Zerbi’s men drew 1-1 with Fulham at home last time out. They have racked up 17 points thanks to five wins and two draws. Brighton have a crucial Conference League fixture away to Ajax next week and winning here will set them up nicely for the trip.
