Eintracht Frankfurt had a bad night in the Europa league and will be hoping for a lift in Bundesliga when they get to take on Borussia Monchengladbach this weekend. Frankfurt go to this clash placed 12th in the league standings with 28 points as Monchengladbach have 49 points in fourth place. Frankfurt went to their clash against Basel in the Europa League as favorites, playing at home but they were hammered 3-0, just five days after a 4-0 beating in the Bundesliga by Bayer Leverkusen. In light of the last two matches, Frankfurt will have a lot of concerns with their defence as they seek recovery. They have one clean sheet in the last five matches, and have conceded 11 in the process, while scoring just five. They have lost three straight league matches since their 5-0 win over Augsburg and in the three league losses, they have shipped in a massive 10 goals while scoring one. They however have no clean sheet in each of their last for away league matches. They are unbeaten in the last three meetings with Frankfurt, winning two and drawing one.
