Denmark vs Switzerland Prediction & Betting Tips - Euro

Only three points separate the top three teams in Group D of the Euro 2020 qualifiers. Denmark are in the second automatic qualifying position, a couple of points behind the Republic of Ireland. Sitting in third are Switzerland, a point behind Denmark with a game in hand and already guaranteed a play-off place due to their UEFA Nations League exploits. Denmark also won their group in that competition so even if they finish outside the top two will be in next year's play-offs. Securing an automatic spot is much better though and a home win over Switzerland would go a long way towards achieving that. They have won two of their five group games, the other three being drawn. Three of their last four home European Championship qualifers have ended all-square. They are becoming the draw experts with five of their last seven matches ending that way.

That didn't look likely when they played Switzerland away in this group. They were 3-0 down going into the 84th minute but managed to come away with a 3-3 draw with the equalizer coming in the 92nd minute. If Switzerland were to miss out, that will haunt them for a fair while. They are only three points adrift of leaders Ireland and play them at home next Tuesday. The Swiss have won two and drew two of their four games so far and three of their last four matches have ended level after 90 minutes. Their aim in this match is not to lose it and the tip here is for a draw.
