You can bet Tottenham would love to find out who decided away goals wouldn't count double in the Carabao Cup. But for that decision, they'd be in the final rather than tasting defeat on penalties. They won't want to be knocked out of another cup competition as they travel to Crystal Palace for this FA Cup fourth round tie. Tottenham will still be without Kane, Alli and Son, though the latter will be back soon after South Korea's Asian Cup exit. They have won their last five games against Palace but in the game before that lost 1-0 to them at home in this competition. The last six games between these two sides have ended 1-0, so think of that if doing a correct score bet. Tottenham may be without three top players and still no sign of any signings.but they still put out a strong line-up at Stamford Bridge on Thursday evening. Away form has been strong this season and they won at Fulham last weekend.
