Crystal Palace vs Manchester City Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League
by Steve Ashfield | in Premier League Predictions
Manchester City start the weekend two points behind Premier League leaders Liverpool but with a game in hand. With their title rivals not playing until Sunday, City can go back to the top of the table with an away win at Crystal Palace. They will be out for revenge after surprisingly losing at home to Palace just before Christmas. Midweek saw them lose the away leg of their Champions League quarter-final away to Tottenham. It's a key week for them then and they will either strengthen their quadruple hopes or see them fade and die. City have won their last eight league games and five of their last six away games.
Crystal Palace are 12th in the table and after their 1-0 win at Newcastle United last weekend are now 11 points above the relegation zone. They look safe now with Cardiff not exactly making a great fight of it at the moment. Palace have won two of their last three league games but home form is something they need to improve on next season. They have only won two of their eight home league matches with both victories coming against the two teams already relegated from the Premier League. Manchester City can win this game and lead at both half and full time.

Our Crystal Palace vs Manchester City Prediction
If Manchester City win all their remaining league games then they will be Premier League champions again. They can start that quest with an away win at Crystal Palace and leading at both half and full time. City have won their last eight league games and five out of six on their travels in the league. Palace look safe after last week's win but have a dreadful home record with only 13 goals scored and eight home defeats so City should be able to get the three points.
