Manchester City lead the Premier League by 15 points and a title triumph looks almost inevitable. City have won their last 18 league games and that record-breaking run should be extended to 19 with a win over Crystal Palace. The league leaders beat Newcastle United on Wednesday evening and now travel down south to take on another relegation threatened side. It's inevitable there will be a bit of squad rotation for City wth another game on Tuesday when they entertain Watford aka another three points. Squad rotation doesn't exactly weaken City as they began the Newcastle game with Sane and Jesus on the bench so putting them on from the start isn't exactly going to raise the hopes of Crystal Palace. A win here will continue City's 100 percent away record this season and they have earned ten more points on the road than any other side.  Just the points earned away from home would see them eighth in the table and a win here will be their 12th straight away Premier League win.  All stats that must scare Palace fans as their side try to keep out of the bottom three. They have made a good recovery in recent weeks but successive home defeats to Arsenal and Manchester City would put them back in peril again.  The loss to Arsenal on Thursday ended a run of eight league games without defeat. The 3-2 loss to the Gunners again showed their defensive problems and they are yet to keep a clean sheet this season at Selhurst Park. They still keep scoring though and it's now six home league games in a row in which they have scored exactly two goals. Palace lost the reverse fixture 5-0 and although it could be closer this time, the only option is to go for a City away win.
