Crystal Palace look to build on their 2-2 draw at Manchester City on Saturday. That left them 15th in the Premier League and they host 10th placed Brighton and Hove Albion. Although there's a fair distance between Palace and the south coast of England, this is considered a derby match. There won't be much Christmas spirit between the fans of the two clubs. Palace did incredibly well to come from 2-0 down to get a 2-2 draw at Manchester City at the weekend. Even so, they come into this game having gone six Premier League games without a victory. Fans aren't too happy with Roy Hodgson at present and that's not surprising as the Eagles have lost their last four home league games. Their last six home leagues have seen them fail to win. Both teams have scored in three of their last four league fixtures at Selhurst Park.

Brighton and Hove Albion lost 2-0 at Arsenal on Sunday and are now eight points behind fourth place. That loss at the Emirates followed a disappointing 1-1 home draw with Sheffield United and recently results have been better in the Europa League where they have reached the last 16. The Seagulls have only won two of their last 11 games in the Premier League since a run of three in a row in September. One of those wins was away at struggling Nottingham Forest last month. The loss at Arsenal ended a run of nine away league games in which both teams have scored. The last time that didn't happen was last season's away league game at the Emirates. A bet on both teams scoring looks a potential winner for this game.
