It's been a strange season for Crystal Palace who start this final Premier League game of the season in 12th place. They could climb to 11th with a win and a defeat for West Ham United at Watford. On the other hand, defeat by Bournemouth will see them end in 13th position. The main thing is they are 15 points above the relegation zone and another season in the top flight has been secured. They could have finished a lot higher but for their disappointing home form. Palace have won 13 league games this season but only four have come at Selhurst Park. Only relegated Huddersfield Town have won less home Premier League games this season. Just two of their last nine home league games have been won and they were against Fulham and Huddersfield Town who will both be in the Championship next season. Compare that with five away wins from their last six and manager Roy Hodgson has a puzzle to solve over the summer.

Bournemouth are 13th in the table and have had another inconsistent season. They started the season well and were in the top four at one stage but a form guide for the last 30 games has them just three points above the relegation zone. You never know quite what they are going to do with wins over Tottenham and Chelsea and then a string of heavy away defeats. They do enough to keep out of relegation trouble but one day someone will teach them how to defend properly with only the bottom three having conceded more league goals this season. A bet on over 2.5 goals is likely to be a winning one.
