Roma travel to bottom-of-the-table Cremonese looking to continue their good form in Serie A. They are in third place and a win will take them level on points with Inter who are second and with a much better goal difference. Roma are unbeaten in their last three Serie A games since a 2-1 loss at runaway leaders Napoli on January 29. That's their only league defeat in the last ten played. Five league matches have been lost this year and all to sides in the top ten. Away form has seen them with only that loss at Napoli in the last nine league matches. However, three of the last five have ended level. The reverse fixture against Cremonese was played in August with a Chris Smalling goal giving them a 1-0 lead. They hosted Cremonese in the Italian Cup this year and lost 2-1. A much stronger line-up will be fielded for this league game.

It's looking like relegation for Cremonese who have only earned nine points from their 23 games in Serie A this season. All of their points have come from draws and it's asking a lot for them to get their first league win of the season here.  This is their first season in Serie A since 1996 but a swift return to Serie B is on the cards. They are ten points from safety and have an inferior goal difference. Cremonese nearly got that elusive first league win in their most recent match. They led 2-1 at Torino but conceded a 79th minute equalizer. Home form has seen them earn just three points from 11 league games this season. They've only scored five goals and conceded 19 but three of their goals have come in the last three home fixtures. Back Roma to get three valuable points here.
