Chelsea had the best run at some point this season, but things have changed for the worse as they prepare to host West Ham United in one of several London derbies lined up for the Blues. Having scored two or more goals in three of their last five away league games should give them confidence going to this game and three wins and just a loss in six matches against Chelsea will reinforce that.
