Chelsea vs West Ham Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

It's looking like the Europa League for Chelsea next season as they begin the weekend eight points adrift of fourth place in the Premier League. Their hopes of reaching next season's Champions League took a massive dive when they lost at home to Tottenham but all they can do is try to keep winning and hope Tottenham have a poor end to their season. Chelsea only have themselves to blame after a run for their unsuccessful season in the Premier and Champions League with four losses in their last six league and cup games and they have only won one of their last seven games over 90 minutes. They do still have the FA Cup to try and win though but that might not save their manager as it often does at the Emirates. They have lost two of their last four home league games and top players such as Morata and Hazard really need to get their act together or Chelsea might drop even further down the table.

West Ham had a convincing 3-0 home win over Southampton last week and start the weekend in 14th place and five points above the bottom three.  However, of their final seven league fixtures, six are against sides currently in the top nine with the other a winnable match against Stoke City. Still work to be done to maintain their Premier League status and their last three away league games have seen them concede 11 goals with just one win in their last six on the road. Stamford Bridge isn't a happy hunting ground either with no win since 2002.

Both of these sides are inconsistent and it's hard to go for a win-lose-draw bet especially with Chelsea prone to some excellent days and some terrible ones. There should be some goals though, so the suggestion is for over 2.5 goals to be scored in this match.
