Few off us could have foreseen a situation where Chelsea have two league games against Bournemouth and Watford and lose them by an aggregate score of 7-1. The Blues are on a poor run of form at present with only two wins over 90 minutes in their last ten league and cup games. That run of form sees them starting the weekend in fourth place but they will be down to fifth by the time this game begins if Spurs can avoid defeat against Arsenal. Plenty of people have been expecting Antonio Conte to get the sack this week after the loss at Watford on Monday. He's survived so far but another loss this weekend against the side bottom of the Premier League might just see his time at Stamford Bridge end  His main task must be to get some confidence back into his side before they host Barcelona on February 16 or things could get really messi. West Brom are four points adrift at the bottom of the table and have just one win in their last 24 league games. They have just seven away points this season with just seven goals scored. Albion will be pinning a lot of hopes on loanee signing and former Chesea player Daniel Sturridge as they bid to improve on an away league run of  one win in 22 games. This might just be the game Chelsea need to get their confidence back so go for a home win.
