The pressure on Jose Mourinho grew again at the weekend after another disappointing home defeat, this time by relegation threatened Bournemouth. The way it's going the only chance Chelsea have of being in this competition next season is by either winning it this year or ending up in the Europa League and winning that. Neither looks that likely the way Chelsea are playing these days. It looked as if they might have turned a corner with three decent results in the past week or so but losing at home to Bournemouth has made us all think again. Chelsea lost away to Porto but could yet get a good win here and top the group. The problem is over their shoulders though. Dynamo Kiev are two points behind Chelsea in third but are home to whipping boys Maccabi Tel Aviv who have lost all five of their games so far. A win for Kiev would mean a Chelsea defeat would see them out of the Champions League and put Mourinho's job in real danger. Porto have drawn at Kiev and beaten Maccabi while Chelsea have won both of their home games. It's a real puzzle and you wonder just how Chelsea will react after another home defeat. I reckon a bet on both teams to score looks the best option here.
