Chelsea vs Liverpool Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Chelsea are back in form but still struggling to get a top four finish and qualify for the Champions League. They start the weekend five points behind Tottenham and six adrift of Liverpool but with a game in hand. This game against Liverpool takes place on Sunday and Chelsea will be hoping that West Brom continue their good run and deny Tottenham a victory on Saturday. Due to Chelsea's inferior goal difference fallure to win on Sunday would all but end their hopes unless Tottenham were to lose at Albion. That goal difference is going to be costly though and the fixtures Liverpool and Tottenham have should secure them top four finishes. All Chelsea can do is keep winning to put the pressure on and they have won their last three league matches.They have faliled to win their last two home games but before that had one loss in 11. 

With a place in the Champions League achieved, you'd think Liverpool would be a side in good form. However, they have just one win in their last four league and cup games. That defence is up to its old tricks again as they have conceded twice in three of their last four matches. They also have just one win in their last four away league games drawing the last two and last weekend were held to a goalless draw by Stoke City. It's going to be hard to keep their mind on the Premier League as they prepare for the final in Kiev but avoiding defeat at Stamford Bridge will all but ensure they finish above Chelsea and won't end up in a position where they need to win the Champions League to be in it next season.  Mo Salah visits another club that sold him and must be deeply regretting that decision. After the match in Rome on Tuesday, it might be hard to keep focus on the league and with Chelsea in better form, go for them to get the win.
