Liverpool also need to see improvement as Klopp begins his first full season in charge. Just missing out on European football and losing in two cup finals was disappointing for them. The signing of Wijnaldum will strengthen their midfield but again like Chelsea there's a bit more work to do in the transfer market this summer. Betting on friendlies is a nightmare really hence only three stars, Chelsea can get a win but don't break the bank on this one.
