Chelsea vs Everton Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Chelsea beat Liverpool in the FA Cup in midweek but still have a lot of work to do in the Premier League. They are fourth in the table and could do with a home win over 11th placed Everton to boost their Champions League qualification hopes. It's a tough time being a Chelsea fan at present. One minute you are losing to Bayern Munich, the next getting a draw at Bournemouth and then beating Liverpool. That's the unpredictable nature of Frank Lampard's team, especially at Stamford Bridge. They remain in fourth place but have only won one of their last six league games with three of the last five ending in draws. They have only kept one clean sheet in their last nine league games with both teams scoring in four of the last five. Home form is inconsistent with two of their last six home league games being won.

Everton drew with Manchester United last weekend and that followed a 3-2 loss at Arsenal. They are way clear of the relegation zone that they occupied earlier in the season. There's still a possibility they could qualify for Europe and are only five points adrift of fifth place. They can't allow that gap to get much wider though but have a tough fixture list. Following this game, they take on Liverpool, Leicester and Tottenham so earning points over the next few weeks is going to be a tough task. Their away form isn't inspiring with only two wins in the last eight Premier League fixtures. They always seem to get on the scoresheet though and both teams have scored in each of their last ten away league matches. Chelsea aren't great at keeping clean sheets, so go for both teams to score here.
