Chelsea may have only extremely faint hopes of retaining their Premier League title but they are pushing hard for at least a top two finish and after a draw at Everton on Saturday are still only three points behind Manchester United. Home form has been strong in recent weeks with wins in each of their last five league games at Stamford Bridge and only have a loss to Manchester City in their last eight home games. Alvaro Morata will be back from suspension for this game and he can help boost their record of scoring in 24 of their last 26 home league games. Brighton and Hove Albion continue to struggle and after a bright start to their first season in the Premier League had started to slip down the table. Saturday saw them get a valuable 1-0 home win over Watford to take them up to 12th place in the table. They are only five points above the relegation zone and now face a run in which three of their next four games are away from home. They are still struggling for goals with only two in the last seven and one of those was a penalty. On their travels they have lost their last three away league games and failed to score in any of them. Chelsea have won their last six games against Brighton and their opponents have never scored at Stamford Bridge in three visit, so this looks booked for a home win.
