Chelsea qualifed for the last sixteen of the Champions League in midweek. Now the fourth placed side return to the Premier League and host Bournemouth who are struggling in 15th. Chelsea haven't been getting great results of late in the Premier League with three defeats in the last four matches. That poor form has seen the gap between them and fifth reduced to five points. Home form is good though with four of the last five league games being won as well as the vital victory over Lille in midweek. With games against Tottenham and Arsenal on the horizon, the coming weeks aren't going to be that easy for them.

Bournemouth are in deep trouble at present. They always seem to have one period during the season where everything seems to go wrong. That's the case now with the Cherries with five straight defeats and only one win in the last 11. That bad form has seen them drop to 15th and only a point above the relegation zone. They have already lost eight league games this season and on their travels have lost four of the last five. Previous years have seen them get wins at Stamford Bridge but that looks unlikely in their current form. Go for a home win in this game.
