The Women’s Super League will enter the penultimate stage with one of the top games seeing Chelsea welcome Arsenal. These two are five points apart, with Chelsea leading on 52 points and Arsenal third on 47 points. After failing to win in two games, Chelsea responded with five straight wins ahead of this match. They are coming from a 4-0 win over West Ham United which served their fourth straight clean sheet. Chelsea are unbeaten in six matches, with the latest win seeing them go back to the top of the league. Before that win they have beaten Manchester United 1-0 to win the FA Cup for the third straight time. Here they will be seeking to strengthen their chase for the title.

Arsenal have slim hopes for the title and only a win here will keep them in the picture. They can however vie for second spot, being just three points behind Manchester City with six points to play for. Arsenal, like Chelsea, are coming from a win, having beaten Everton 4-1 in their last game. They have however not been as clinical as the blues, even though they are on three straight wins. Arsenal have two clean sheets only in the last five matches and they have conceded two or more goals in two of the last five games. Arsenal won in the last meeting between these two sides but Chelsea have been dominant in their recent meetings. That win in the League Cup happens to be the only one for Arsenal in six meetings.
