Celta Vigo vs Villarreal Prediction & Betting Tips - LaLiga

Celta Vigo are in relegation trouble and could really do with beating Villarreal at home on Sunday. They begin the weeekend in 17th place with their visitors being ninth in La Liga. The home side are just a place above the drop zone but there is a five-point gap between them and Cadiz and with a better head-to-head against them. The Sky Blues have only won one of their last four league games, most recently losing 3-0 at Alvaves. In La Liga this season they have only won four home games with seven defeats. Goals have been hard to come by with only 14 scored but just 18 conceded. Two of their last three at home have been won but they were against Almeria who are bottom of the table and Las Palmas who are on a terrible losing run at present.

Villarreal won the reverse fixture 3-2 and will be out to complete a league double over Celta Vigo. They are four points behind the final European qualifying place with five games to go. A loss here could see the hopes of the Yellow Submarine making it into Europe sink even further. They are in good form though with their last two league games both being won. VIctories have come against Almeria and Rayo Vallecano, both in the bottom six. Away form has produced six wins in La Liga this season. Four of those have come in their last six matches.  Only Atletico Madrid have beaten them in their last 13 league games. We go for them to get another win this weekend.
