Walter Ferretti are in good form at present and have a great chance here of getting a fourth win in a row. They are fourth in the Nicaraguaran Premier League and host Sabanas who are one from bottom in the table. The home side have had three straight league victories and achieved each of them without conceding a goal. Their most recent win was a 1-0 victory at bottom-of-the-table Deportivo Ocotal, thanks to a 37th minute winner. That followed wins over Esteli and Madriz, both at home. Their home record is impressive with five wins out of eight. With 21 goals, they are the top home scorers in the league and on four occasions they have been ahead at both half and full time in home games.

Sabanas only have Deportivo Ocotal below them in the table. They have just 11 points from their 16 games with just two victories. Sabanas have lost nine league games and with 10 goals are the joint lowest scorers in the table. Their latest league game saw them lose 1-0 at home to league leaders FC Managua. Not a bad defeat considering the only goal of the game came in the very first minute. That followed two draws against Jalapa and Ocotal. Away form isn't inspiring at all with six defeats in eight games. They have only scored five goals and conceded 20. Sabanas had lost six away league games in a row before that point at the bottom side. A bet on Ferretti winning this game and leading at both half and full time is the suggested wager to make.
