Their last match saw them come away as 2-1 winners over Portimonense, which extended their recent record to six wins in just nine games. Their defence has been their biggest strength, delivering the league's third-best numbers behind only Porto and Benfica. However, they have struggled to find goals consistently, which may ultimately be their undoing in this match.
