Cardiff vs Fulham Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship
by Steve Ashfield | in Championship Predictions
Cardiff City went seven points behind league leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers after a disappointing 2-0 defeat at Bolton Wanderers. That's two away league games without a win but they are still unbeaten at home and now host Fulham and Preston hoping for points to maintain their three-point lead over third-placed Derby County. Perhaps it’s fate with Swansea coming down and Cardiff replacing them, time will tell. They have won eight of their 11 home league games and have only conceded five goals in 11 games. They have only lost one of their last 18 home league games and four of the last six at home have seen under 2.5 goals scored. Fulham had a home win over Barnsley who are only two points above the relegation zone. That win moved them up to 11th place in the Championship and only six points away from the play-off positions. They have won four away league games this season but lost five. Recent form on the road is poor with four defeats in their last five games, the othr game being that incredible 5-4 victory at promotion-chasing Sheffield United. Cardiff need to bounce back from that loss at Bolton but they are a much better side at home. Fulham struggle on their travels so this looks booked for a vital home win for Cardiff City.

Our Cardiff vs Fulham Prediction
Cardiff City need to get back in winning ways after losing on Saturday. They struggle at times on the road but it's the exact opposite at home and they are yet to be defeated on home territory this season. Fulham beat lowly Barnsley at the weekend but are going through a bad patch away from home with four losses in their last five games. Go for Cardiff to get back on track for automatic promotion with a win in this game.
