It's do or die for Cardiff City in their battle against relegation. With two games to go, they trail Brighton and Hove Albion by four points with a vastly inferior goal difference. A draw will be no use to them as they host Crystal Palace in their penultimate league fixture with their final game being a trip to Manchester United. City have to win both of their final fixtures and it's not looking promising for the Welsh side who were only promoted last season. They have lost five of their last six league games, the other being a 2-0 win at Brighton and Hove Albion who would struggle to beat a carpet at the moment. They have had some good home wins this season but have lost four of the last five.

Crystal Palace are 13th in the table but have no relegation worries. That's no thanks to their home form which has only produced four league wins and only Huddersfield have earned less points on home soil. Away from home though it's a totally different story with eight wins and only five teams have a better record than them. That's something for Roy Hodgson to work out over the summer. Four of their last five away league games have been won and their only defeats in the last nine have been by Liverpool and Tottenham with wins at both Manchester City and Arsenal. All a bit strange having earned just a point from their previous six away league games. Cardiff will give it everything but recent months have shown it's just not good enough at this level, go for Palace to get another away win.
