Burnley could be on their way back to the Premier League. They top the Championship by a point from Hull City though the second placed side will return to the top if earning a point at Birmingham on Thursday night. Third placed Middlesbrough play Wolves on Friday so Burnley could be third by the time they play this game. Burnley are unbeaten in their last 11 league games and won four of the last five conceding just a single goal. At home they have won six of the last seven again conceding just once. They are certainly a formidable side at home but won't have it that easy on Saturday against Blackburn. Their opponents have improved of late and did Burnley a favour on Tuesday beating third placed Middlesbrough. That was at home though and Rovers still struggle when playing away. They are in 16th place after that home win and 11 points above the bottom three but 15 off a play-off position. Blackburn have only three away league games, six without a win and just two goals scored in those matches. Burnley won 1-0 at Blackburn earlier in the season and I see them extending their unbeaten run and finishing Saturday top of the table with a narrow win..
