Bristol City will be at home against Millwall for their next English Championship fixture. The hosts are currently eighth after 25 rounds of play and are seven points clear of Millwall in 16th. Bristol City haven’t lost in four matches and have won three times in this unbeaten run. It is the longest they have gone all season without defeat. After winning three in a row, Liam Manning’s men were held to a 0-0 draw away in Birmingham to wrap up the year. The point earned moved them to 36 points which is just three points from the playoff places. Bristol defeated Millwall in the first meeting of the season back in August and now haven’t lost in two against them.

Millwall also bring with them an unbeaten record of their own to this game. Joe Edwards’ haven’t lost in four outings and have won their last two matches. They defeated Norwich 1-0 last time out to record their third successive clean sheet. This is also the longest they have gone this season without defeat. The Lions have lost more than they have either won or drawn but seem now to have figured things out. They are now eight points clear of the drop zone and can start focusing their efforts towards a playoff finish. Millwall, who have amassed 29 points, are 10 points from the top six. They will be without George Saville though for this match as he was sent off against Norwich.
