They are four points ahead of in-form Huddersfield who recently beat them but are eight points clear of fourth placed Reading and with a game in hand. A win here would virtually ensure that for automatic promotion it's two out of Newcastle, Brighton and Huddersfield. Albion have had a few slips lately but are unbeaten in their last four league matches. Home form remains impressive with just one league defeat at the Apex Stadium all season and only nine goals conceded. They are unbeaten in 13 league and cup games at home, their last defeat? September 20th when they lost in the EFL Cup to Reading!  The visitors know they have to win this game to maintain any hope of automatic promotion. Midweek saw them lose at Huddersfield and only have one win in their last four league games. Away from home they have already lost seven times in the league.
